Announcing Daniel Shepherd’s appointment as CEO of CSIS Security Group A/S

Copenhagen – CSIS Security Group A/S, the leading cybersecurity services company, has today announced Daniel Shepherd’s appointment as Chief Executive Officer. Shepherd succeeds Allan Mortensen, who is standing down from the role after more than eight years leading the organization. 

Shepherd began working with CSIS in 2017, when he joined with CSIS’s Founders and other key employees to create Agile Response Technologies A/S, a Group company focused on the development and commercialization of Chronos, an incident response and threat hunting platform. In 2019, following the decision to align the interests of both companies, he joined CSIS itself and took the role of Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer. In this capacity, he spearheaded the definition and execution of a new growth strategy for the company in addition to various operational performance improvement initiatives. Shepherd has also been instrumental in securing a foothold in the US market by winning significant contracts with global banks. Since February 2020, he has also served as a Board Member of CSIS, a position he has now stepped down from to focus on the duties of the CEO.
